In his current position, Massimo manages the AFC(Administration, Finance & Control) activities as the Financial Controller and the Industrial Controller.
Massimo has been carrying out administrative and financial activities for more than thirty years, in which he has gained experience, professionalism and technical skills.

Being on the Finextcon stage has greatly pleased me: I was in contact with many people from all over the world, but united by my own passion for finance was an honor!
This award represents for me a starting point. I managed to get here only thanks to the strong passion I have for my job: I never gave up, nor did I take anything for granted. I believe that continuous training, investment in new ideas and determination in pursuing them has paid off. The world of finance has always fascinated me, I wanted to be part of it as a true protagonist. But my successes would not be such without my team: this award is an acknowledgment that goes to “our work”.

It is a project in which I strongly believe, fully embrace its vision and promote Data Driven Decision Making, which I have learned to use and appreciate in everyday professional life.
